Soybean oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the soybean (Glycine max). It is one of the most widely consumed cooking oils. As a drying oil, processed soybean oil is also used as a base for printing inks (soy ink) and oil paints.
Soybean oil is obtained by squeezing yellowish or black crushed soy beans. It has a yellowish-red color and has a special smell similar to beans' and get frozen at a temperature of 15 ° C, but the normal temperature is mild. Soybean oil has linoleic fatty acids. This oil is sensitive to heat and, if used while cooking, it loses many properties and therefore should be consuming on a food or salad as a dressing to take advantage of its properties.
